After the initial session, you’re already feeling lighter. While things may not be different yet, you feel more hopeful than you have in a very long time. You understand that the work will be difficult at times, but you’re excited to dive in.

About Me
There was a time when I was at a crossroads.
I was pushing 30, unhappy, and most of my relationships were messy and unsatisfying. I felt misunderstood and wasn’t sure there was a way out.
Although I was uncertain about what to do, I made the call! As a result, I found a caring, skilled, and experienced therapist, and I felt like he understood me. My work with him has been and continues to be transformational – in significant ways.
My career is extraordinarily fulfilling, and my relationships are healthy and mutually satisfying. I suffer so much less than before – all because I made the call!
